Acceptance
By accessing cloudmindnet.digital or engaging CloudMindNet Digital for lease reporting analytics and financial audit applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement.
Services described
Pages describing engagements, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or engagement letter that states scope, fee, and timetable.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates we create for you under engagement, and our working papers remain subject to the engagement letter. Pre-existing methods and generic templates stay with CloudMindNet Digital. You retain ownership of your lease files and data.
Client responsibilities
You warrant that you have authority to share lease documents with us and that materials provided are reasonably complete. Delays in supplying documents may shift delivery dates as described in the engagement letter.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Malaysia, CloudMindNet Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
No legal or audit opinion
Our work supports your finance and reporting processes. It is not a legal opinion, statutory audit, or substitute for advice from your licensed auditors or counsel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
