Refund and cancellation terms for CloudMindNet Digital lease audit engagements, deposits, and rescheduling.

Scope
This policy covers professional engagements sold by CloudMindNet Digital — lease portfolio audits, rent roll reconciliations, abstract compilation, and reporting pack preparation. The website itself sells no products for delivery.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for engagements that are cancelled under the conditions below. Informational site use is free and not refundable.
Timeframe to request
Write to hello@cloudmindnet.digital within 14 days of the cancellation event described in your engagement letter, or within 7 days of discovering a billing error.
Full refund
A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel the engagement before kickoff for reasons within our control, or if you cancel in writing more than 10 business days before the agreed kickoff and no substantive file work has begun.
Partial refund
If work has started (abstracts drafted, files indexed, or rent tests running), we refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent at the rates implied by the engagement fee, with a minimum deduction of 20% of the total fee to cover setup. Deposits are applied to that calculation first.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party travel booked at your request once tickets are purchased (billed at cost)
- Work already delivered and accepted in writing (for example an interim exception log you confirmed)
- Fixed rush premiums once the rush window has begun
Process
Email hello@cloudmindnet.digital with your engagement reference, reason, and preferred refund method. We confirm the calculation within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to a Malaysian account you nominate.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a kickoff once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a RM 500 administrative fee. We may reschedule for reviewer illness; deposits carry to the new date.
Deposits and no-shows
The 40% deposit on portfolio audits secures the review window. Missing a kickoff without 48 hours’ notice forfeits RM 750 of the deposit; the remainder remains as credit for 90 days.
Work already started
Once abstracts or reconciliations are in progress, cancellation follows the partial refund rules above. You remain entitled to receive work product completed and paid for up to the cancellation date.
