Six weeks out
Confirm lease population and owners of each file share. Send sample leases for quoting if you need outside help on a reporting pack.
Four weeks out
Freeze the lease list. New acquisitions after this point go to a stub schedule, not a full rebuild.
Two weeks out
Exception remediation should be underway. Late landlord PDFs go to a “pending support” tab rather than blocking every schedule.
One week out
Walkthrough with finance. External auditors may join; have the citation habit ready so questions resolve in the room.
