Why we exist
Commercial leases hide rent truth in amendments, side letters, and escalation formulas that never made it into the spreadsheet. CloudMindNet Digital was formed in Johor Bahru to apply financial audit discipline to those contracts — not to sell software, but to produce reporting packs landlords and occupiers can stand behind.
Origin
Our founders spent years inside Malaysian property finance teams reconciling rent rolls the week before audit. The repeated pattern was the same: missing commencement dates, flattened escalations, and CAM charges booked without a lease trail. We built a practice that treats lease files as primary evidence.
How we work
Reviewers work in pairs. One abstracts and tests; the other challenges exceptions before they reach your pack. Kickoffs often happen at Level 11, 65 Jalan Wong Ah Fook, or at your property office when files still live in cabinets.
